Coach Nora’s group classes combine strength training, martial art drills, mobility work, and obstacle race conditioning into sessions that challenge every participant at their own level. With more than 13 years of coaching experience, MSN Muay Thai certification, and WBC Boxing credentials, she brings expert-level programming to every group session — not generic cardio circuits.

The results speak louder than any qualification. Women aged 30–50+ are building real strength, losing body fat, correcting posture, and — just as importantly — finding a community that keeps them accountable between sessions.

This isn’t a fitness class. It’s a space where modest women in Malaysia come to train hard, feel seen, and show up week after week.

Group sessions are open to all fitness levels. No experience required.
